This Reservation Policy explains how table booking requests are handled by SUNLIT HOTPOT.
Submitting a reservation form on the website is a request for a table. It is not an automatic confirmation. Your reservation is confirmed only when SUNLIT HOTPOT contacts you and confirms the booking details.
Confirmation may be sent by phone, email, LINE, WeChat, SMS, or another available communication method.
To process a reservation request, we may ask for guest name, phone number, email address, LINE ID or other contact method, reservation date, reservation time, number of guests, occasion, notes, or special requests.
This information is used to manage your booking and prepare for your visit.
After receiving your request, SUNLIT HOTPOT may contact you to confirm date and time, number of guests, seating availability, private room availability, special requests, contact information, and any additional details needed for the booking.
If we cannot contact you, the reservation may remain unconfirmed.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible. During busy hours, SUNLIT HOTPOT may hold a table for a limited time only. If guests arrive late without notice, the table may be released or reassigned.
Large groups, private room requests, birthdays, special occasions, or event-style bookings may require additional confirmation. Private rooms and large tables are subject to availability.
If you need to change your date, time, guest count, or special request, please contact us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate changes, but all changes depend on availability.
If you cannot attend your booking, please notify SUNLIT HOTPOT as early as possible. Early cancellation helps us manage seating and serve other guests.
SUNLIT HOTPOT will try to accommodate special requests, including birthday arrangements, private room requests, seating preference, spice level preference, or dietary notes. Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the restaurant.
Promotions, discounts, and membership benefits may have specific conditions. Some promotions may apply only on certain days, times, menu items, or membership status. SUNLIT HOTPOT reserves the right to confirm promotion eligibility at the restaurant.
